From a V6 to a Screaming GT!
Let me first start by saying I absolutely LOVED (yes I say in past tense "loved") my Mustang. Although it was my first Mustang I had ever owned and I thought at the time it was THE one I wanted...after reading more and more about the GT's, then making the mistake of going out to test drive one it was then that we realized the we should have started with a GT from the beginning. So our journey began to locate one!
We finally found her on Sunday in Greensboro but the shop was closed. We had to return to Greensboro the following day anyway to run errands. So my husband suggested we go on over and see what the price was. They had the 07's in stock as well....and boy were they a beauty!!!! We chose to get an '06 with almost the same amount of miles as the one I was giving up because of the huge price difference. It isn't a convertable but I am happy because;
1. Its a GT
2. She is a manual
3. She really is a beautiful color of Windveil Blue Metallic with Satin Silver Shelby Stripes
I will post pics as soon as I go get her washed today....we have had such a tremendous amount of rain and storms here the past 2 days I honestly haven't had the chance to enjoy her yet. But I've got some errands to run today and its a nice sunny day out so we all know where I'm gonna be! ;)
